okay, okay. so, this has been building for a while. and this is going to be the short version, because really, i could go on for ever about this.

what i never get in t.v shows and movies and shit - and in real life too, when a couple has broken up, and when someone who was friends with one of the parties, starts dating the other party, everyone gets mad? like, in gossip girl with serena getting all pissy about dan and blair, and in friends with joey and rachel (see, i can apply evidence to my rants on occasion) having to ask ross’ ‘permission’ before they started dating? when you’re broken up, you’re broken up. i don’t see what right you have to be mad about it? how is it betrayal? if you fucking got with someone’s boyfriend WHILST they were dating your friend - then yeah. i can see the hate, but once the relationship is over? how does that work? i just - err, i just don’t get it.

i mean - if you sold your house, you wouldn’t get upset if the person who bought your house changed shit in it, now would you? no. you wouldn’t.
